Floor covering warehouse has been established in the area since 1934 when Framk Karas Sr. first opened the store. As a miner from Pennsylvania he had a vision. His vision was to be his own boss and also serve the public. He started in a small shop on Atlantic street and later moved to the currentlocation as his business axpanded. Frank's two son's later joined the business. Frank Jr. was first followed by younger brother Edward together with their father they became one of the leading flooring stores in the area. After Frank Sr. passed way the brothers carried on the legacy which later was passed on to Gregg Karas. Who has currently been with the company for 22 years.
