FloorPro® III
FloorPro® III is a state-of-the-art industry specific ERP system designed for "difficult to handle" inventory such as flooring, ceramic tile and stone. This software fully supports sheet vinyl, carpet, ceramic tile, stone, wood, laminates, adhesives, installation supplies, and various other products. The system handles nearly any unit of measure and converts between these units seamlessly.

Bar-Coding Solutions
As the cost of bar coding technology continues to decrease, you no longer need to be a large corporation to see a return on an investment in bar coding technology.
Many people assume that the degree of your cost savings depends on how many of your products are received with bar coding labels already on the products. While it's true that your direct cost of bar coding is reduced when your suppliers bar code their products, there are many other intangible cost savings to consider as well. By using bar coding for receiving, items are entered into inventory quicker and with more accurate bin locations. Using bar coding for shipping lets you know if any order or even an item on one order had "missed the truck". Cyclic inventory checks are quicker and less costly, giving you a more accurate inventory count.
In an ideal situation, a supplier will bar code the products and send an advance copy of the shipping manifest. If the manufacturer does not bar code the product (many off shore suppliers do not bar code), simply receiving advance copies of the receiving manifest from your suppliers can help. These manifests can be electronic (EDI), e-mail (text), fax, or even verbal confirmations. By knowing what items are in the shipping container, you can still have the benefits of seamless integrated receiving.
Customer Internet Solutions
COLA (Customer On-Line Access) is an internet-based e-commerce application.
COLA is an ideal way to provide customer service in the evening or on weekends when your order desk is closed. Your customers can check stock or find another product online while their customer is still in the showroom. There is no reason to wait until your order desk is open again.
With COLA, you have the ability to expand your order desk and customer service department to a 24/7 operation without adding personnel! In fact, it actually decreases the labor costs by reducing the number of customer service representatives needed to run your operation.
In many ways, you can visualize COLA as an enhanced form of EDI (Electronic Data Interchange). Unlike EDI, COLA is interactive and user friendly. While most EDI functions operate in "batch" mode at some predetermined time of day, COLA operations are performed in "real time". The customer does not need to purchase any special hardware or software; all they need is internet access.
COLA interfaces directly with the FloorPro® III ERP software. Orders are created directly by the customer without any manual re-entry of information. For committed orders, the "Free Stock" Inventory is reduced immediately at the time the order is placed.
In addition to "Customer On-Line Access", COLA also offers "Salesman On-Line Access" and "Sales Manager On-line Access" features. The "Sales Manager" feature allows the user to access ANY customer and perform any function for that customer, including checking the status of existing orders, checking pricing, or even placing an order for that customer. "Salesman Access" is similar to the "Sales Manager" feature, except that access is restricted to customers which have been assigned to that salesman. Both salesman and sales managers have access to a "customer lookup" feature if they are unsure of which customer account to access.
COLA also offers a "Product Lookup" feature, which operates in a similar fashion to how an Internet search engine helps a user find information on the internet. By describing what the user is looking for, the system displays a list of matching products. This list is ranked in the order of relevance, so that the most likely matches are displayed first. This lookup can be enhanced by selecting various product categories from several pull-down boxes.

Optical Disk Storage
Our FloorPro® Digital Invoice Storage and Retrieval System eliminates the need to file invoices by hand. In addition, this system gives all system users access to dealer invoices. Any system user can directly access up to 10 years of invoices on-line. Not only do the users have on-line access to all of the invoice information, but the system retains and displays additional information which is not printed on the invoice, such as cost, gross margin, commission code, trip points, mill shipment number, etc.
All invoices are stored and filed electronically. No scanning is required. Using this system, there is no need to print and store a numerical copy and a separate dealer copy. This can reduce your invoice form by up to two copies. This saves both labor and forms costs.
Since the invoice information is updated and stored automatically, you'll never have to worry about a misfiled invoice again. Any invoice can be reprinted on demand. No special forms are required - an image of the original invoice is reprinted on a laser printer on blank paper. This invoice looks like a photocopy of the original invoice, except the quality of this laser printer reproduction is generally better than most photocopiers.
This software system automatically warns the user when a second credit memo is issued against the same invoice. When a user views the original invoice, the system displays the credit memo number(s), if any, which were issued against the invoice. People doing research for claims or credits have access to all the information they need without going to any filing cabinets - and they don't even need to leave their desk!
Up to 10 years of invoices can be stored on-line. The database can be searched by invoice number, customer, SKU, and / or date range. For example, you can ask the system to display all invoices for a particular dealer for the last 2 years if it contains a specific type of product. The system displays a screen full of invoice numbers in reverse date order (ie., most recent first). By highlighting any of the invoice numbers on the screen, complete detail information is displayed for the selected invoice. Complete detail, including all line items and comments, can be displayed for all invoices without printing it.
Unlike other database products, which can take several minutes to search for an invoice, our FloorPro® product is lightning fast - it searches through years of information in only a few seconds.

Our Software can generate a tab delimeted text file from any report with just a push of a button! This data can be imported into Excel (or any other spreadsheet program) as well as the relational database of your choice.
